Promuove leggi a difesa degli animali e vigila, grazie anche al proprio ufficio legale, sulla loro applicazione attraverso segnalazioni e denunce. Sviluppa campagne di sensibilizzazione e di informazione verso i cittadini sul rispetto degli animali e realizza iniziative rivolte in particolar modo alle scuole per far crescere nei giovani una sensibilità sempre maggiore per il diritto al rispetto di tutti gli animali, attraverso anche la promozione di stili di vita vegani e animal free. Descrizione del lavoro Il Responsabile del Dipartimento Raccolta Fondi ha la responsabilità di gestire, in accordo con il Direttore Generale, l’intero processo di fundraising dell’associazione in linea con i principi e i valori LAV e la linea politica determinata dal Consiglio Direttivo. In particolare, ha il compito di sviluppare e gestire una gamma di canali innovativi di raccolta al fine di garantire un flusso sicuro e differenziato di entrate da privati (individui, aziende, fondazioni, Istituzioni pubbliche ed altro) affinché l’associazione possa perseguire la sua Mission nel lungo periodo e in modo sostenibile. Il Responsabile del Dipartimento Raccolta Fondi deve sviluppare delle strategie di raccolta fondi in grado di fornire una fonte di entrate solida, costante nel tempo, con buoni ritorni sull’investimento (marginalità capace di rendere efficace la spesa in raccolta fondi), che si attenga ai massimi standard etici in linea con i principi e i valori LAV e la linea politica determinata dal Consiglio Direttivo. Il Responsabile del Dipartimento Raccolta Fondi lavora in sinergia con il Responsabile del Dipartimento Comunicazione, il Responsabile Dipartimento Programmi e la Responsabile Dipartimento Territorio, rispondendo direttamente alla Direttrice Generale. E’ membro del Comitato Esecutivo di LAV. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Definire, in accordo con la DG, gli obiettivi per l’anno e le strategie relative alla raccolta fondi, proponendo progetti, metodologie e tecniche innovative che siano supportate da adeguati business plan per incrementare la raccolta fondi; Realizzare degli obiettivi di fundraising stabiliti e, se necessario, di definire prontamente le misure correttive necessarie; Ha la responsabilità di analizzare e stimare le entrate della raccolta fondi attraverso i processi annuali di budget e di pianificazione triennale. In particolare: Analizza e pianifica gli investimenti in ottica di Return on Investment (ROI) e Long Term Value (LTV) per canale e target, con identificazione e misurazione di obiettivi e milestones annuali e pluriennali; ­ Ottimizza i processi interni che consentano di incrementare il funding mix con attenzione specifica alla cura, sviluppo e incremento del LTV dei sostenitori; Riporta mensilmente alla Direttrice Generale i risultati degli andamenti della Raccolta Fondi con trasparenza, individuando trend, potenziali problemi ed opportunità. Propone soluzioni e strategie; Coordina e controlla le attività di raccolta fondi; garantisce processi corretti e tempestivi di pianificazione, budgeting, controllo e reporting secondo le procedure interne; crea nuove procedure dove necessario per assicurare la compliance con le leggi applicabile del Terzo Settore e per rendere più efficienti e chiare le operazioni del dipartimento; Esercita la supervisione sugli aspetti etici della raccolta fondi; Definisce in accordo con la Direttrice Generale le modalità di relazione con i donatori e i soci e le azioni di fidelizzazione, soddisfazione ed ampliamento della base dei sostenitori; Definisce e supporta l’attuazione di azioni di raccolta fondi sul territorio in coordinamento con il Dipartimento Territorio, fornendo strumenti, conoscenze formazione e ogni altro supporto. Il Responsabile del Dipartimento Raccolta Fondi inoltre: Gestisce il proprio team, promuovendone comportamenti in linea con i valori associativi e organizzativi e il modello di competenze LAV, incoraggiandone la motivazione e la crescita professionale; Garantisce il supporto alle Sedi Locali, attraverso la collaborazione con il Dipartimento Territorio, nello sviluppo di attività di raccolta fondi sul territorio; E’ attivo nelle piattaforme raccolta fondi della compagine delle organizzazioni no-profit italiane e internazionali per concordare ed implementare azioni di lobbying con gli appositi interlocutori istituzionali. Come membro del Comitato Esecutivo: Guida e e ispirare il proprio team coerentemente con lo spirito e con la cultura LAV; Contribuisce e alla definizione delle strategie di LAV, fornendo in particolare la prospettiva legata alla Raccolta Fondi; Lavora in sinergia con gli altri membri del CE per assicurare la corretta integrazione delle attività di raccolta fondi con il resto dell’organizzazione e in particolar modo con il Dipartimento Comunicazione e il Dipartimento Programmi Qualifiche Laurea in Economia o affini; Esperienza nel ruolo: 10+ Conoscenza del mercato di riferimento, esperienza di fundraising in ETS nazionali e/o internazionali Conoscenza approfondita e lunga esperienza di canali e tecniche di raccolta fondi Network di donors ed abilità di attrarre nuovi donatori di varie categorie Esperienza di budgeting ed executive reporting Conoscenza del mercato di riferimento Buona conoscenza lingua inglese Conoscenza dei canali e delle tecniche di raccolta fondi Abilità di pianificare, organizzare i processi ed ottenere gli obiettivi di fundraising che permettano la sostenibilità finanziaria dell’associazione Esperienza nella gestione di un team, nella creazione di procedure e strumenti per efficientare i processi Capacità di riportare dati, trend e KPIs chiave in maniera trasparente ed obiettiva Flessibilità di adattamento di piani e azioni Capacità di sviluppare e valorizzare i propri collaboratori Competenze distintive / a valore aggiunto Master in Fundraising Esperienza pregressa in associazioni o enti strutturati Sarà data precedenza a* candidat* con application completa di CV, cover letter e almeno una referenza.
