This role will lead the concierge team, oversee every detail of the guest stay, and ensure an unforgettable experience during their time in Capri. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Provide expert advice and information on local attractions, restaurants, events, excursions, and activities. Manage bookings for restaurants, transfers, boat tours, rentals, and other exclusive services. Maintain strong relationships with local partners and premium service providers. Coordinate the concierge team, organizing schedules and defining operational standards. Handle VIP and special requests with a proactive and tailored approach. Ensure that every guest interaction reflects the values and service standards of Relais & Châteaux. Collaborate closely with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to deliver seamless and impeccable service.
