La figura assicura il corretto flusso di comunicazione con i clienti, fornendo assistenza nelle fasi di richiesta, attivazione e aggiornamento dei servizi aziendali. Attività previste: Gestione delle richieste dei clienti e aggiornamento delle informazioni nel sistema gestionale; Predisposizione di offerte e preventivi in base alle esigenze espresse; Attività di consulenza informativa e supporto post-servizio; Coordinamento con l’ufficio marketing per la diffusione di materiali e comunicazioni; Collaborazione con il team commerciale e amministrativo per la gestione delle pratiche. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore; Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali; Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Office, e-mail, CRM); Precisione, organizzazione e orientamento alla qualità del servizio; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e al rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Offerta e benefit: Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi; Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì (09:00–18:00 con un’ora di pausa); Inserimento operativo con supporto nella gestione delle attività quotidiane.
