Obiettivi del Ruolo Gestione e coordinamento strategico di clienti chiave nei settori manifatturiero e sviluppo software custom, inclusi progetti su tecnologie Blockchain e Web 3.0. Guidare il processo commerciale dalla lead generation alla conversione in contratto, garantendo valore e sostenibilità nel tempo. Responsabilità principali Gestione e sviluppo clienti strategici: presidiare il portafoglio clienti, consolidando relazioni di lungo periodo e identificando opportunità di crescita (cross-selling / up-selling). Conversione lead in clienti: gestire in autonomia il processo commerciale, dalla qualificazione al closing, costruendo proposte di valore personalizzate.
