Developer Enablement: Support our internal development teams in the effective use of our organizational systems. Innovation: Propose and implement new solutions based on innovative technologies. Growth Trajectory & Leadership This position offers a clear path toward a coordination role, with the future perspective of coordinating 2 resources and reporting directly to the Platform Manager. The responsibilities in this leadership track include: Planning and assignment of team activities. Providing technical support to resolve complex issues. Mentoring and professional development of team members. Management of performance evaluations. On-Call Availability The role requires availability for paid on-call shifts (1 or 2 weeks per month). Interventions during this period are compensated as overtime work.
