Descrizione del lavoro Per rafforzare il nostro team tecnico, siamo alla ricerca di una figura autorevole, competente e orientata all’eccellenza che assuma il ruolo di Capo Manutentore, contribuendo in modo determinante al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi ed estetici della struttura. Il Capo Manutentore è responsabile della gestione, del coordinamento e del controllo di tutte le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria del resort, garantendo la piena efficienza degli impianti e la perfetta conservazione degli ambienti, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti e degli standard di un hotel di lusso. Responsabilità principali Coordinare e supervisionare il team di manutenzione, organizzando turni e attività operative; Pianificare e gestire la manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria della struttura; Monitorare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti tecnici (elettrici, idraulici, termici, HVAC, piscine, cucine); Intervenire direttamente e tempestivamente in caso di guasti o emergenze; Gestire i rapporti con fornitori esterni e ditte specializzate; Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, igiene e prevenzione; Collaborare con la Direzione e con i reparti operativi per assicurare un servizio impeccabile agli ospiti; Curare il mantenimento degli standard estetici e funzionali tipici di una struttura 5*L. Qualifiche Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Capo Manutentore o Responsabile Manutenzione, preferibilmente in strutture alberghiere di alto livello aventi SPA e PISCINA; Ottime competenze tecniche in ambito elettrico, idraulico e termoidraulico; Capacità di coordinamento del personale e gestione delle priorità; Autonomia operativa, problem solving e orientamento alla qualità; Precisione, affidabilità e forte senso di responsabilità.
