La figura selezionata svolge un ruolo cruciale nell'assistenza alle attività commerciali e nella gestione operativa delle commesse. Mansioni principali: Gestione della posta elettronica aziendale: Smistamento e risposta alle email ricevute, seguendo le priorità stabilite. Redazione di offerte commerciali e preventivi: Collaborazione con il team commerciale per la stesura di proposte in linea con le esigenze del cliente. Inserimento ordini: Gestione e monitoraggio degli ordini, dal ricevimento alla conferma e spedizione. Ricerca di fornitori: Supporto nell’identificazione di nuovi fornitori e nel mantenimento delle relazioni esistenti. Requisiti richiesti: Abilità nell'uso del PC e dei principali strumenti informatici (Word, Excel, email). Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, con predisposizione al lavoro in team.
