Azienda attiva nel settore della vendita al dettaglio ricerca una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Addetto/a alla Segreteria, dedicata alla gestione amministrativa e organizzativa delle attività interne. Attività previste: Gestione delle chiamate e delle comunicazioni via e-mail con clienti, fornitori e personale interno; Organizzazione e archiviazione di documenti cartacei e digitali; Pianificazione di appuntamenti, riunioni e attività interne; Inserimento e aggiornamento dei dati anagrafici e gestionali nel sistema informatico; Supporto amministrativo ai reparti vendite e logistica per la gestione delle pratiche quotidiane. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore, preferibilmente a indirizzo amministrativo; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Precisione, capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli; Attitudine alla gestione ordinata delle attività e al rispetto delle scadenze; Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
