Responsibilities
  • Team leadership and people development
  • Cross functional leadership, SMT/SLT engagement
  • Commercial Strategy Development
  • Overall consumer strategy, annual and quarterly consumer plan
  • Define and lead implementation of commercial strategies to optimise market positioning and revenue growth
  • Facilite strategic choices on priorities to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Long term business planning and forecasting
  • Create and maintain the long-term business plan (LRP) for the Consumer chain to enable structured business planning
  • Lead regular re-forecast process, aligned with the Brands and Finance
  • Roadmap & Portfolio Management
  • Define the strategic project portfolio across brands
  • Define the Q6 consumer roadmap
  • Facilitate decisions on trade off and strategic choices
  • Own and drive key processes - value based prioritisation, QBR/QPE
  • Roadmap Capex management (budget allocation, reforecasting, CapLab instructions, taskline management)
  • Manage Kanban flow
  • Commercial performance optimisation & strategic projects
  • Translate strategic insights into actionable long-term growth initiatives
  • Align long-term business objectives and activities with evolving market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Strategic analytics and data driven insights
  • Define and deliver high-level analytics, valuable across multiple teams to contribute on business goals - eg CLV, base segmentation, predictive and adaptive models, customer journey analytics, NPS driver analytics etc
  • Champion the adoption of advanced analytics tools and methodologies, identify opportunities to leverage AI
  • Establish analytics best practices, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks
  • Ensure B2C has the right analytics capabilities environmen
