Solid experience reading and interpreting financial statements with strong financial analysis skills. Experience structuring and negotiating more complex structures with a can-do attitude and an outside the box mindset. Comfortable meeting with Exporters at Executive and Senior Leadership level in order to assess needs, determine and outline appropriate structures Personal agility: ability to demonstrate personal resilience and openness to changes to EDC’s business environment and structure, adapting one’s approach as the requirements of a situation change, being comfortable in ambiguous situations and changing or easily accepting and managing changes in one’s job requirements, working in a matrix environment.
