This role is located either in our Blacks Harbour or Saint John, New Brunswick office.  Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all functions within the Shared Services team, including customer and vendor invoicing, collections and credit management, and vendor payments. * Serve as the process owner of all Shared Services processes within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, ensuring the creation and maintenance of thorough policy and process documentation. * Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and standardizing practices across Cooke companies.  * Provide day-to-day support to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable leads in resolving invoice processing issues for customers and vendors within Cooke North America companies. * Manage month-end cut-off processes for Shared Services, including the processing of sales and vendor invoices, and performing vendor reconciliations. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team efficiency and ensure proper resource allocation. * Oversee master data processes for the set up and maintenance of vendor and customer information, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple systems. * Collaborate with the accounting teams to streamline processes and resolve inquiries as required. * Assist the Cooke management team with reporting and analytical requests. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience efficiently leading a large team responsible for invoice processing * Experience leading successful process improvement projects, from initiation to implementation. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement training considered an asset. * Post secondary education in accounting or finance.
