The Role As Manager, Finance Technology, you own both the near-term (typically 12-month) technology roadmap for Finance and Accounting and the delivery of that roadmap operating within Cooke’s enterprise IT governance, architecture, and delivery frameworks. Finance and Accounting spans general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis. You translate finance priorities into sequenced, executable initiatives, define scope and success criteria, and lead the team that delivers capability-specific technology work. Delivery is coordinated through the Project Manager and within approved plans; you resolve domain-specific delivery issues, and you escalate risks, cross-capability trade-offs, and decisions beyond your authority through governance. You partner closely with the Finance leadership team as your primary business stakeholders, the Digital Strategy Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst aligned to your capability areas. Enterprise Architecture governs technical standards and patterns and the PMO governs delivery. You report to the Director, Business Technology.
