Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Food and Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required. 4. Ensure strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity. 5. Review completed schedules with People Lead. 6. Assign Associates to support with coverage in all areas of the store. 7. Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed. 8.
