Salary- Clerk Grade: 5/6 - $99,938 - 110,271 plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading   Your role   Multilingual NSW Whole of Government Translation Services provides language services to NSW Government agencies to remove language as a barrier to increase access to information and government services. The Translations Project Coordinator provides support in the administration and coordination of translation projects and other initiatives, managing processes, briefing documents, materials and documents that deliver on organisational objectives.   What you’ll do   Coordinate and support the delivery of translation projects including source material analysis, translator briefs, project allocation and tracking status, quality assurance checks, and follow up to meet often urgent deadlines. Develop and keep up-to-date a wide range of materials and project documentation, such as, templates, processes and procedures, to ensure timely and accurate approaches to the highest standard. Undertake a range of administrative duties that support program activities and initiatives, including preparation of papers, minutes and reporting, as well as tasks related to customer enquiries, system updates and compliance.
