A talent pool will be created to fill current and future vacancies in our Sydney, Parramatta, Penrith and Campbelltown ODPP offices that may arise over the next 18 months.    As a Legal Support Officer (Level 2), you will: Register, maintain, and update matters and files, ensuring accurate electronic and physical records. Prepare and organise briefs of evidence, file notes, exhibits, witnesses, court lists, and related documentation. Coordinate diaries, meetings, and conferences to support solicitors and Crown Prosecutors. Liaise with external stakeholders, including police, legal practitioners, witnesses, and court registry staff, to exchange information and provide assistance. Draft and manage correspondence, perform general office duties, including photocopying, supply management, mail delivery, and occasional reception support as required.   About you Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
