Location: Homebush preferred but flexible across Western Sydney or North Ryde location. Key Responsibilities Primary duties include: Quote preparation - Reviewing the scope of work, liaising with the local onsite team to obtain cost pricing, transposing scope and pricing into the appropriate quote template and issuing to the client. Client email enquiries – responding to client enquiries as directed. Preparing & issuing client communications. Invoicing – working with the Client Business Support Specialists to prepare and dispatch monthly invoices for all customers across the country. Client reporting –prepare and dispatch client reporting. Create and process Purchase Orders and Invoicing using the Corporate systems. Provide administration support to the data centre business and clients. Command Centre duties as required. Coordination with Accounts Payable and Invoicing Assistance/Coordination of customer SLA reports, meetings and minutes.
