About the role We’re on the hunt for a motivated and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce and Go-To-Market team. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting our users, maintaining our data quality, and, most importantly, understanding areas that our users may be struggling with or enhancements that could be made to unlock our high-performing teams even more with the use of Salesforce. In this role you will work closely with our Go-to-Market Ecosystem team who are an in-house team of Salesforce experts driven by making our user experience world-class and ensuring great adoption of tools, processes, and data quality to enable crucial business decisions. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the administration of Salesforce. Think reports, dashboards, user setup, and general Salesforce hygiene best-practices. This role will also involve the administration of other tools within our Go-to-Market Ecosystem such as Docusign and Telephony solutions. Strong understanding of data management best practices, including imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data integrity. Proven ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business insights and decision making. Comfortable managing user onboarding, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining system hygiene. Confident supporting and training end users, with clear communication and a focus on adoption and ease of use. Ambition to get hands on, implement improvements, and suggest upgrades to our wider team. Ability to maintain a knowledgebase of resources and document new or existing features in a clear and thoughtful way. Work with our Go-to-Market Ecosystem team to identify trends in internal Salesforce support cases and suggest improvements that you think could benefit our users. Support our in-house development team in testing new releases.
