Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community. Leads the local disease area strategy and coordinating in collaboration with others to ensure optimal planning and resource allocation, coordinated omnichannel customer engagement, disease area partnerships and launch excellence in order to execute on local, regional and global outcomes. Manage activities such as compassionate use, pre-license access, grants, external materials, clinical trial support, local evidence generation etc. to a high standard, with the oversight and approval of functional enablers. Qualifications, Skills & Experience You have a university degree (scientific, economics, or business) with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies. An advanced degree in life science and/or MBA is a plus. You have substantial experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups and have strong customer engagement focus across multiple therapy areas. Experience within the field of Breast Cancer would be a plus. Growth mindset and deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in a therapeutic area, enabling engagement at the specialist level. You are strategic in the way you think and a deep listener who is passionate about building and collaborating internally, with therapeutic area experts and related organizations. You have demonstrated experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams including experience or strong understanding of agile ways of working, and orchestrating cross-functional teams and strategies.
