Provide mechanical expertise and general engineering/problem-solving support to the Extrusion & Materials Manufacturing team, ensuring equipment operates effectively. Minimize engineering-related downtime by employing best practice maintenance techniques and completing preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on time and in full. Address outstanding PMs or repair works promptly and provide feedback to the Maintenance Manager and planner on equipment failure analysis to prevent future issues. Suggest improvements to PM tasks to align with equipment needs and maintain awareness of daily production and maintenance requirements. Execute timely and effective repairs during breakdowns and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Management.
