This weekend role is your chance to shine, acting as the primary point of contact for our student residents, their families, and key stakeholders. You'll ensure a professional, customer-focused welcome while efficiently managing crucial administrative tasks. You will provide essential reception and administrative support, including managing high-volume enquiries, handling financial reconciliation (fees, arrears, and refunds), supporting front-desk operations, and assisting with facility management and supplies. This role requires clear and professional communication verbally and via email and a commitment to a high level of customer service and admin efficiency. Front-of-House Support: Being the welcoming face of Accommodation, greeting visitors, and professionally handling all in-person and telephone enquiries. Financial Administration: Accurately accepting and processing fee payments, completing banking reconciliations, and liaising with residents regarding payments in arrears. Support Coordination: Managing all general administrative upkeep, including coordinating couriers, organising post, monitoring photocopier/supply stock, and supporting event registration. Team Support: Providing effective, collaborative support to the Administration Team Leader and Resident Manager across various administrative and continuous improvement initiatives. Health and Safety: Actively monitoring and recording resident and guest safety, and participating in and promoting adherence to on-site health and safety policies and drills.
