Digital Delivery Systems Advisor Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We support a broad suite of Digital Delivery applications, tools and platforms across Beca, working in close partnership with business teams to deliver practical, efficient and fit for‑ purpose solutions. In this role, you will build strong relationships with end users, internal stakeholders, vendors‑ and technology partners, applying your specialist knowledge to optimise and continuously improve the use and value of digital delivery systems across the business. You will contribute to and manage the delivery of digital initiatives, including deployments of core engineering platforms such as Autodesk, Bentley and ESRI, as well as business improvement and automation projects. Working alongside systems and software specialists, you will coordinate delivery across teams, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, to quality and with minimal business disruption. You will also support a product-led approach to the development of Beca’s in-house productivity tools, managing backlogs, contributing to roadmaps, coordinating releases, UAT and training, and communicating changes clearly to the business. Using a business analysis mindset, you will engage with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points, support project scoping, and provide insights into the uptake and effectiveness of digital tools and platforms. As a trusted point of escalation, you will apply sound judgement to diagnose issues, manage expectations and resolve complex problems, working effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
