Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Relationships & Communication Function as the face of United to customers in the field, building lasting partnerships rooted in responsiveness, reliability, and trust. Lead proactive outreach and store visits to discuss performance, address operational issues, and resolve cases collaboratively.
