Your Career as an Engagement Specialist (English): The Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients’ shareholders, ensuring the successful execution of various mandates (e.g., annual shareholder meetings, mergers, tender offers, contested meetings). You will develop expertise in financial terminology and the proxy voting process (proxy solicitation) and corporate actions process (corporate actions events). Key tasks include outreach to shareholders providing direct support to facilitate informed decision‑making. Engaging shareholders by providing end‑to‑end support for proxy voting and corporate actions events, including control number assistance and vote capture, guiding shareholders and noteholders through corporate action events, including tender offers, consent solicitations, and noteholder voting and completing documentation or electronic processes for participating in corporate action events. Position Details: Contract: Until December 31, 2026. Location: Office-based, with all necessary equipment (including a laptop) provided. Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and Saturday: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Hourly rate: $18 to $22 per hour.
