Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Working towards Ontario Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Licensed Millwright * Proof of Apprenticeship an asset * 2-5 years of industrial experience in manufacturing industry preferred * Excellent knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes. * Skilled in root cause analysis for equipment problems. * Superior trouble shooting skills (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, HMIs, PLCs. etc) and understanding of automation. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet including Scissor lifts and ladders. * Experience in the following: shop tools, lathe, mills, grinders, drill presses, precision measurement instruments, power tools, technical manuals/schematics/blueprints, troubleshooting, controllers, HMI, PLCs, calibration, and engineering drawings. * Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures. * Knowledge of First Aid and CPR an asset.
