Responsibilities Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor progress and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
