This Part-Time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Chippewa location in North Bay. Under the leadership of the Health & Wellness Supervisor, the Personal Trainer provides direct one-on-one fitness assessment, program development along with exercise supervision. This job is required to reach financial targets set with their direct supervisor and executes member retention tasks. The Personal Trainer conducts tours for members and potential members, follows up with potential members and actively engages and builds relationships with members utilizing the Fitness Floor. This job is also responsible for ensuring the safety of clients and participants while on the fitness floor.
