The IC&E Lead plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment while supporting the VP in advancing DCHC’s Integrated Care & Experience portfolio. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational functions, supporting team management, and ensuring the effective delivery of Clinical, Wellness, and Health Education programs and services across the organization. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, the IC&E Lead helps optimize service delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure programs remain responsive to the needs of the diverse communities served by DCHC.
