The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead and grow our team of electrical engineers supporting projects across commercial, science & technology, aviation, federal, industrial, and mission‑critical markets. Typical project sizes range from $5M to $500M in construction value, with opportunities to support large, complex, multidisciplinary programs. This role is ideal for a senior electrical engineer who has served as a technical lead, project manager, or department‑level leader and is ready to formally step into team leadership, delivery ownership, and practice development responsibilities, while remaining technically engaged in electrical design.
