Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator responsible for managing and processing invoices. The role involves downloading PDF invoices from the accounts payable system, saving them in designated folders, and entering data into Excel spreadsheets. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial processing. Responsibilities Download invoices from the accounts payable system and save them in appropriate folders. Open invoices and upload information into an Excel sheet. Total invoice amounts for financial reporting purposes. Essential Skills Proficiency in accounts payable processes. Strong data entry skills.
