Responsible for preparing foods for Catering Service. Assists in requisitioning supplies. Participates in meetings to discuss food/menu related matters. Provides courteous and tactful customer service to residents, families, staff, visitors and other patrons. Participates in fire drills, evacuations and other safety measures. Performs such other related duties as may be assigned.
