Your responsibilities will include Diagnose concerns by interpreting the customer’s observations and determine proper solutions or repair and access manufacturers' service manuals and bulletins and use specialized tools and testing devices to locate the issue(s) Maintain appliances by disassembling, cleaning internal parts, replacing faulty or worn parts, reassembling and testing. Ensure any installations that require connections to water, electrical or gas lines are completed correctly and in accordance with the installation instructions of the product. Use business management software to manage service calls Follow company processes as per service Standard Operating Procedures Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, French A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
