Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service management with a proven track record of success Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals. Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, including repair and maintenance processes, warranty procedures, and service pricing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and implement process improvements. Proficiency in using automotive service management software and tools to track and analyze service department performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising service quality. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay: $180,000 to $216,000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a salary of $72,000 per year. Commissions and bonuses are expected to range from $108,000 to $144,000 per year based on performance.
