Description

AW Collision is seeking an experienced professional with a background in collision repair and exceptional customer service skills to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing collision repairs referred by dealerships, providing accurate estimates, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Collision Repair Shop Experience: A strong background in collision repair is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience required.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Account Manger is responsible for capturing & facilitating collision repairs referred by the dealership, providing accurate estimates for customers, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Generate New Business: Prospect within the independent customer and dealer market to secure new business opportunities.
  • Estimate Generation: Write preliminary collision repair estimates for customers.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow dealer relationships by acting as a liaison between AW Collision and customers/dealers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed about vehicle repair status and services.
  • Insurance Coordination: Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for repairs.
  • Vehicle & Customer Management: Handle customer files, vehicles, and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, including documentation, photographing vehicles, preparing paperwork, and arranging transportation.
  • Purchase Order Collection: Collect purchase orders for warranty/internal work completed for dealers.
