Funções: - Apoiar no encerramento de contas mensal de acordo com os procedimentos do Grupo. - Registar faturas e pagamentos a fornecedores na contabilidade de AP. - Registar recebimentos e pagamentos a entidades da rede DHL. - Controlar a antiguidade de valores a liquidar em AP e contactar com fornecedores para resolução de divergências. - Registar documentos na contabilidade de GL. - Reconciliar contas de balanço e identificar correções necessárias. - Assegurar a gestão documental e registo de despesas de colaboradores. - Gerir a manutenção de dados mestre de fornecedores em AP. - Apoiar a equipa de Tax na preparação de dados para a declaração mensal de IVA. - Apoiar no arquivo e em outras tarefas administrativas do departamento Requisitos: - Experiência anterior de no mínimo 1 ano em funções de contabilidade; - Bons conhecimentos de Excel na ótica de utilizador; - Bons conhecimentos de inglês e espanhol (preferencial); - Licenciatura em contabilidade (preferencial).
