Principales responsabilités Préparation opérationnelle et soutien à l’exécution Concevoir, structurer et maintenir des cadres de préparation opérationnelle (guides de jeu, outils, modèles, parcours de formation) soutenant les initiatives à l’échelle du réseau ainsi que les vagues commerciales ou opérationnelles récurrentes. Traduire les orientations stratégiques, les standards et les priorités définis par le Directeur en livrables clairs, structurés et prêts à l’exécution pour les Opérations de détail et les équipes terrain. Assurer la préparation opérationnelle des magasins en rénovation, en démarrage ou en situation de redressement jusqu’à l’atteinte des seuils d’exécution requis pour un transfert vers les équipes terrain. Diriger des diagnostics approfondis des magasins sous-performants, identifier les causes fondamentales, recommander des actions correctrices et soutenir la mise en œuvre des plans de redressement jusqu’à la stabilisation de la performance. Structurer des modèles de préparation assurant cohérence, simplicité et applicabilité à travers les bannières, les initiatives et les différents contextes opérationnels. Activation de la distribution et de la logistique Agir à titre de ressource experte principale en matière de préparation liée à la distribution et à la logistique, en soutenant la résolution d’enjeux complexes ou récurrents ayant un impact sur l’exécution en magasin ou l’expérience des membres. Collaborer avec les centres de distribution, le transport et le service à la clientèle afin d’assurer l’alignement sur les priorités, les processus d’escalade et les conditions de préparation requises pour une exécution efficace au niveau des magasins. Élaborer des études de cas axés sur l’impact client permettant d’articuler des opportunités en distribution, logistique ou ventes du point de vue des magasins et des membres, et les présenter aux leaders sectoriels concernés afin de soutenir la priorisation transversale. Translate strategic directions, standards, and priorities defined by the Director into clear, structured, execution-ready deliverables for Retail Operations and field teams. Ensure the operational readiness of stores undergoing renovations, start-ups, or turnaround situations until required execution thresholds are met for handover to field operations. Lead diagnostic assessments of underperforming stores, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, and supporting the implementation of turnaround plans until performance stabilization. Distribution & Logistics Enablement Act as a senior expert resource on distribution and logistics-related readiness, supporting the resolution of complex or recurring issues impacting store execution or member experience. Partner with Distribution Centers, Transportation, and Customer Service leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, escalation processes, and readiness conditions required for successful execution at store level. Build client-impact business cases to articulate distribution, logistics, or sales opportunities from a store and member perspective, and present them to relevant sector leads to support cross-functional prioritization.
