Vous serez responsable de superviser tous les aspects des opérations de comptes recevables de l’entreprise, en assurant des encaissements ponctuels, des rapports précis et une gestion efficace du crédit. Ce rôle jouera un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre d’un nouveau CRM et d’un système de recouvrement, tout en optimisant les processus actuels afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la visibilité et l’expérience client. Tes responsabilités : Superviser le processus de comptes recevables, incluant les recouvrements, l'application des paiements et la gestion du crédit. Suivre les rapports d'ancienneté, résoudre les comptes en souffrance et mettre en place des stratégies pour minimiser le DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Développer et maintenir les politiques, procédures et contrôles de comptes recevables afin d’assurer la conformité avec les normes internes et les principes comptables. Diriger et encadrer l’équipe des comptes recevables, en favorisant une culture de responsabilité, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue. Optimisation des systèmes et processus Agir à titre de responsable métier pour la mise en œuvre d’un nouveau système de gestion de recouvrement. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes TI, Finance et Opérations afin de concevoir, tester et déployer les intégrations entre le CRM, l’ERP et les systèmes de facturation. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’automatisation pour améliorer la précision, l’efficacité et l’évolutivité des processus de comptes recevables. Piloter des initiatives d’automatisation et de transformation numérique. Gérer l’intégrité des données à travers plusieurs systèmes CRM et plateformes financières afin d'assurer l’exactitude et la cohérence de l'information client et compte. Collaboration interfonctionnelle Collaborer avec les équipes Ventes, Expérience client et Opérations pour assurer l’alignement sur la facturation client, les limites de crédit et la résolution de différends. Fournir aux dirigeants des informations et rapports sur la performance des comptes recevables, les tendances et les risques de recouvrement. Soutenir les audits externes et assurer la conformité aux réglementations financières internes et externes. Ce que tu peux apporter à l’équipe : Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) possédant les compétences suivantes : Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (maîtrise ou CPA un atout). Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en comptes recevables ou en crédit et recouvrement, incluant au moins 3 ans dans un poste de gestion. Expérience avérée dans la gestion ou la mise en œuvre de systèmes CRM ou de recouvrement. Succès démontré dans la transformation de processus ou la mise en œuvre de systèmes dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les données. Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec capacité à interpréter des données complexes. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion des parties prenantes. Maîtrise avancée d’Excel. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités, respecter les délais et mener des initiatives à terme. Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
