Translate these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications aligned with company objectives. Documentation and Testing: Produce and maintain key documentation (requirements, process flows, use cases, test scenarios). Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables. Solution Design and Evolution: Collaborate with IT teams and business units to design scalable solutions. Oversee system updates, maintenance, and the system lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and ensure communication between users, IT, and external vendors.
