OBJECTIF GENERAL DU POSTE: L'opérateur de machine démarre, dépanne et fait fonctionner l'équipement de fabrication en toute sécurité. Il existe trois niveaux d'opérateurs de machines (I, II et III). Le niveau sera déterminé en fonction de l'expérience, de la capacité à assumer différents rôles dans l'usine et de la capacité démontrée à dépanner et à résoudre de manière autonome les problèmes liés aux machines, ce qui permet d'obtenir des cycles efficaces et des temps d'arrêt minimaux. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES: Effectuer le travail en toute sécurité en respectant toutes les règles et procédures de sécurité écrites et communiquées verbalement; Suivre les procédures de travail standard pour faire fonctionner et entretenir les machines assignées; Respecter ou dépasser régulièrement les taux de production prévus par les normes; S'assurer que le produit respecte certaines tolérances et spécifications; Effectuer des inspections de routine conformément aux normes de qualité; Comprendre les instructions de production; Maintenir une documentation précise; Emballer, étiqueter et stocker les produits; Assurer une formation polyvalente sur d'autres fonctions de production en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise; Nettoie et entretient la zone qui lui est assignée afin d'en assurer le bon fonctionnement; Signaler et aider à résoudre les problèmes de sécurité, de qualité et de mécanique; Participer au processus d'amélioration continue; Le cas échéant, mettre en place et faire fonctionner divers équipements hors ligne et secondaires. ÉDUCATION: Aucune formation n'est requise. EXPÉRIENCE: Aucune expérience ou formation préalable.
