About the role We are looking for a Director of Global Rewards based in Montreal to support the design and execution of Rio Tinto Remuneration policies and programs. The strategies and systems adopted at Rio Tinto to remunerate employees at all levels is critical in being able to attract, retain and mobilize high calibre individuals. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Remuneration Strategy & Solutions, and working in challenging and exciting environment, you will: Lead a small team of specialists who support and manage global remuneration programs.
