Relevant de l’ingénieur.e principal.e, notre ingénieur.e en réfrigération contribuera à la conception, à l'analyse et à la mise en œuvre de systèmes de réfrigération pour les procédés alimentaires, pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques. Responsabilités : Participer à l'analyse des besoins des clients et à la définition des projets ; Participer à toutes les phases du projet en assurant la conformité aux codes et normes applicables, au périmètre défini, aux échéanciers et au budget ; Concevoir des systèmes de réfrigération industrielle et de fluide caloporteur ; Contribuer à l'élaboration des SOP (procédures opératoires standard), aux études HAZOPS et aux analyses de sécurité ; Préparer des dessins d'ingénierie et des spécifications techniques ; Réaliser la CAO et la rédaction de schémas et de plans de réfrigération dans AutoCAD ; Obtenir des propositions et assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs et les entrepreneur.es ; Évaluer et sélectionner les technologies et fournisseurs d'équipements ; Superviser l'installation, la mise en service et la qualification des équipements ; Mener des audits de conformité aux codes et de sécurité ; Effectuer des inspections sur site des systèmes de réfrigération ; Rédiger, formater et relire des spécifications, des rapports et des documents techniques ; Appliquer la méthodologie HAZOP pour l’analyse et la gestion des risques ; Effectuer des analyses de dispersion des risques et développer des procédures opératoires standard ; Organiser et mettre à jour les dossiers de projet ; Fournir un soutien technique et établir des relations avec les nouveaux clients et les clients existants ; Collaborer avec les membres internes et externes de l'équipe.
