Sommaire Sous la supervision du Superviseur production, le journalier affecté à l’assemblage des roues arrières participe à la fabrication et à l’assemblage des composantes de roues destinées aux fauteuils roulants. Occasionnellement ou sur demande, il effectue d’autres tâches reliées à la production. Responsabilités Effectuer l’assemblage des roues arrière selon les instructions de travail et les plans techniques. Installer jantes et pneus avec précision. Utiliser les outils manuels ou pneumatiques requis pour le montage. Contrôler la qualité des roues assemblées. Signaler toute non-conformité ou problème au superviseur. Respecter les normes de sécurité en tout temps. Maintenir son poste de travail propre et bien organisé. Participer aux activités d’amélioration continue. Formation académique et expérience professionnelle Pas de diplôme spécifique requis, formation interne possible. Expérience en milieu manufacturier (atout).
