Description du poste L'administrateur systèmes sénior – OSCC (Operational Security Command Center) est responsable de la stabilité, de la fiabilité et de la performance des serveurs, postes de travail et plateformes de l’entreprise, tant sur site que dans le cloud. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la surveillance, la maintenance, la sauvegarde et la réponse aux incidents, tout en favorisant l’automatisation et l’amélioration continue des environnements hybrides. Vos principales responsabilités incluent : Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la maintenance des serveurs Windows/Linux, de la virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V) et du stockage Gérer les services centraux : Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, fichiers et impression Administrer les environnements infonuagiques et M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, synchronisation des identités). Planifier et exécuter les correctifs et mises à jour (OS et applications) avec tests et plans de retour arrière. Superviser les sauvegardes, restaurations et procédures de reprise après sinistre. Configurer la surveillance proactive, participer à la gestion des incidents et aux analyses de causes racines. Automatiser les tâches récurrentes avec PowerShell, Bash ou Terraform. Maintenir l’intégrité de la CMDB, des configurations et des normes de conformité. Gérer les accès, certificats et comptes à privilèges selon les processus établis. Collaborer avec les équipes Réseau, Cybersécurité et Service Desk pour assurer le respect des SLA. Participer à la rotation d’astreinte et encadrer les administrateurs juniors. Qualifications Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente. Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en administration de systèmes hybrides (sur site et cloud). Solide maîtrise de Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365 et expérience en administration Linux. Expertise en virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), stockage, sauvegarde et outils de surveillance.
