Description du poste Egis recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Voie Ferrée pour concevoir, superviser et intégrer les solutions de voie sur ses projets ferroviaires au Québec. Ce poste clé assure la conformité aux normes, la coordination technique entre les disciplines et la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées aux environnements urbains complexes et aux conditions climatiques locales. Définir et formaliser les critères de conception de la voie ferrée en conformité avec les exigences du client et les normes en vigueur. Concevoir le tracé et le profil en long, en coordination étroite avec les autres disciplines (génie civil, systèmes, matériel roulant). Élaborer et superviser des solutions de pose de voie, incluant la voie sur dalle béton, la voie végétalisée et les systèmes spéciaux d’atténuation des vibrations (ex. : dalle flottante). Encadrer une équipe d’ingénieurs et de concepteurs dans le développement des conceptions préliminaire et détaillée. Gérer les interfaces techniques avec les autres disciplines et assurer la coordination interdisciplinaire tout au long du projet. Suivre les exigences propres à la discipline voie : gestion, traçabilité, clôture dans les outils d’ingénierie. Apporter une expertise technique sur les solutions de voie adaptées à un environnement urbain complexe et à des conditions climatiques sévères (gel/dégel, hiver québécois, drainage). Produire, réviser et valider les livrables techniques : notes de calcul, rapports, plans, modèles 3D, spécifications. Appuyer les équipes d’approvisionnement, de construction et de mise en service, par des recommandations techniques et un accompagnement spécialisé. Veiller au respect des normes ferroviaires locales et internationales, et à l’application des meilleures pratiques d’ingénierie de la voie. Rapporter l’état d’avancement, les risques et enjeux techniques au Directeur de conception ou au Directeur de l’intégration. Qualifications Diplôme d’ingénieur en infrastructures ferroviaires, travaux publics, ou équivalent. 5 à 15 ans d’expérience minimum sur des projets ferroviaires (tramway, métro, rail conventionnel), avec une expertise confirmée en conception de voie. Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Solide maîtrise des normes ferroviaires, des méthodes de conception, d’exécution et de supervision des travaux de voie. Expérience significative en coordination technique inter-lots et/ou encadrement d’équipes de conception. Bonne expérience de terrain en suivi d’exécution des travaux de voie (terrassement, pose, réglage, soudure, contrôles qualité). Maîtrise des outils de conception (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Covadis, etc.) et des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, diagrammes de Gantt, etc.). Solides capacités d’analyse, de synthèse, de leadership et excellent relationnel.
