Safety and Equipment Use Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment. Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently. Security and Key Control Compliance Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards. Cold Chain and Quality Compliance Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App. Associate Training and Support Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards. Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
