Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values– ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability). • Deliver exceptional customer services to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters. • Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests. • Ensure price are reflected correctly on price tags. • Upkeep the visual displays of merchandise. • Stay up-to-date and be open to share with guest relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest. • Work with supervisors to drive sales and seize opportunities in upselling products. • Process stock count and receiving of stocks. • Upkeep store cleanliness and tidiness of displays, ensuring display are well stocked in a timely manner. • Operate point-of-sales system and ensure accuracy in sales and inventory in compliance of standard operating procedures. • Other relevant duties as assigned.
