  • Data entry for all the accounts payable invoices and payment voucher, journal entries into accounting system
  • Matching of DO, PO with supplier invoices for payment
  • AP reconciliation reports to suppliers’ statement
  • Prepare AP ageing reports
  • Close month end accounts
  • ISO compliance documentation
