Description
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar AFM or Accountant role
  • Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
    Our client is a SGX listed group in the real estate sector. Its global HQ is in Singapore and the office is based in town. For this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Finance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar AFM or Accountant role
  • Possess high level of initiative and able to work under tight timelines
  • Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
  • Able to communicate well with various stakeholders
  • Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantag
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Prepare analytical review of monthly and quarterly variances
  • Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly cashflow projection
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Responsible for submission of quarterly GST returns and annual tax returns
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers
  • Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements:
