REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Develop and manage a new client desk , actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding talent requirements.
• Source, screen, and place candidates effectively.
• Meet and exceed recruitment and business development targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients and candidates in achieving their goals.
