During the past two years, we have advised on key landmark deals for growth of solar and battery systems and we are getting increasingly involved in the still young but promising offshore wind sector. While being based in Stockholm and primarily targeting deals in northern Europe, we work in a highly international atmosphere, interacting daily with clients based across all continents.

As an Analyst you will be an integral member of the Newsec Energy Transition team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis and modeling
• Managing due diligence processes
• Company and industry research
• Process management
• Development of presentations
• Interacting with the client’s senior management/board, key shareholders, legal and technical advisors etc.
