POSITION OVERVIEW

Universal Sports Hub LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Accounts & Operations to lead our finance and operations functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage and inspire teams while ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Candidates on Residence Visa or Family Visa are preferred.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Professional certifications like ACCA/CA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum [2+] years of proven experience in accounting, finance, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Office applications.

• Oversee the company’s full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and budgets to ensure financial health.
• Manage VAT filing and compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
