POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing leasing activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leasing and business development, along with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial leasing, office space sales, or business development roles.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and leasing process
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

• Sales Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our leasing portfolio and boost revenue.
• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competition, and inform strategic decisions.
• Leasing Negotiations: Lead commercial lease negotiations, securing favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing deals.
