• Project Execution: Oversee the full fit-in process from demolition to final finishing, ensuring high-quality work.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage the team, assigning tasks efficiently.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate MEP, carpentry, flooring, painting, and other subcontractors.
• Task Scheduling: Plan daily work for both in-house laborers and external contractors to meet deadlines.
• Site Management: Supervise on-site activities, address issues, and ensure work progresses as per schedule.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and industry standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Handle permits, inspections, and approvals required for project execution.
• Budget & Cost Management: Work within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Client & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material delivery.
• On-Site Problem-Solving: Address labor and subcontractor issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, progress reports, and update management regularly.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• architecture in UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
