QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Smart Care Poly Clinic is looking for a skilled and dynamic Clinical Operation’s Supervisor/Manager to manage operations. We are a multi-speciality clinic (Dermatology, Obs & Gynae, GP, Dental, Beauty & Aesthetics, Orthopedics, Neurology etc) and many more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and prepare SOP’s for each department.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain patients.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards and DHA/MOH requirements.
• Supervise staff performance, training, and customer service.
• Work closely with all specialists to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Manage inventory and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure timely cleanliness of medical facility and Medical waste management.
• Should have knowledge of insurance, billings and material management.
• Reporting to Management.
