Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment teams and HR activities across all branch offices.
Ensure consistency and compliance with HR processes, policies, and regulatory standards.
Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and technologies (e.g., JobsGlobal.com workspace).
Have a strong Impact in reviewing the workforce and performance, taking the right measures on low performance, create reporting, and taking the right action to achieve the best performance
Track HR operations metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Assist in developing and documenting SOPs for HR processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR operations or related HR support roles, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and data privacy regulations in the UAE.
Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Excel reporting).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on HR data.
