Business Intelligence & Insights * Establish and lead a best‑in‑class Global Markets business intelligence function, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to senior management  * Own the Global Markets management information (MI) framework, ensuring consistent and robust performance measurement across revenues, balance sheet usage, capital, liquidity, and risk‑adjusted returns * Deliver deep analytical insight into client profitability, product performance, cross‑sell effectiveness, and regional trends to drive commercial outcomes * Translate complex data into clear executive‑level insights, narratives, and recommendations to support strategic and tactical decision‑making B. Strategic Planning & Forecasting * Lead the Global Markets strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, in close coordination with Group Finance and Group Strategy * Develop multi-year business plans aligned with FAB’s strategic objectives, market outlook, and regulatory constraints * Ensure planning assumptions are robust, transparent, and well-governed with clear accountability and alignment across Trading, Sales, and Regions C.
