JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with PMP certification and extensive experience managing ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring successful execution of ELV projects including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Public Address, Structured Cabling, and other low-voltage systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in managing ELV systems projects.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems such as CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA, SMATV, and SCS.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the GCC or Middle East region (optional).
• PMP + technical certifications in ELV systems are a plus.

• Lead and manage ELV system projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure project success.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards for ELV systems.
• Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensure quality control.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, handover documents, and post-implementation reviews.
