We are looking for a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee a cargo and freight forwarding operations in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in managing warehousing within the logistics industry, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all storage, handling, and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and freight forwarding teams.
- Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Manage stock control and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize space utilization and ensure proper handling of cargo in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Liaise with freight forwarding teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of solid experience in warehousing and logistics operations.
Experience in cargo and freight forwarding is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED9,999.00 per month
